  Our adventure begins with a vibrant awakening of the senses at a bustling traditional market like the one in Tanjung. Here, you'll plunge into the center of local life. Witness the kaleidoscope of fresh produce, smell the fragrant aroma of exotic spices, and listen to the friendly chatter of vendors and shoppers. This is not a market for tourists; this is where the community connects. It's an authentic glimpse into the flavors and daily rituals of the Sasak people.
• Chasing Majestic Waterfalls
  Next, we journey into the lush, green foothills of Mount Rinjani National Park. A short, pleasant walk through a tropical rainforest, with the sound of rushing water growing louder, leads us to the spectacular Sendang Gile waterfall. Feel the cool, refreshing mist as the water cascades down terraced cliffs. For the more adventurous, a further trek involving crossing a gentle river brings us to the hidden gem, Tiu Kelep waterfall. Plunging from a great height into a stunning natural pool, its power and beauty are truly awe-inspiring. A swim in its cool waters is an unforgettable experience.
• A Step Back in Time at a Traditional Village
  The final piece of our journey is a visit to a traditional Sasak village, such as Senaru Village. Here, time seems to stand still. You'll be respectfully guided through a community living as their ancestors have for centuries. Marvel at the unique architecture of their thatched-roof homes (Bale Tani) and rice barns (Lumbung), built with bamboo and grass without a single nail. Your guide will share fascinating stories about their customs, their unique Wetu Telu belief system, and their deep connection to the land and Mount Rinjani.
